Non-refundable Pet Fee: $350 for 1st pet, $150 for 2nd pet.  Monthly Pet Rent: $15. 

Restricted breeds: Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Staffordshire Terrier, and Bull Mastiff.
